SciPro is a life sciences recruitment business that places people with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology and health technology organisations. Its consultants cover discovery, preclinical and early development, clinical development, technical operations (chemistry, manufacturing and controls) and commercial roles such as market access, HEOR and real world evidence. It also recruits for professional services functions in life sciences companies, including HR, finance, legal, supply chain and facilities management.

It offers direct hire, executive search, contract, embedded, multi-hire and project delivery solutions, and works on retained and contingent search models. It has offices in London, Bristol, Berlin, New York, Santa Monica, Miami and Austin.

The business traces back to Lawrence Harvey Search & Selection, which founder Tom Glanfield opened in 2002. Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences was rebranded as SciPro in 2016, after a first international office opened in Germany in 2014. A second US office followed in Los Angeles in 2017. SciPro is part of LHi Group and became employee owned through an Employee Ownership Trust in May 2022.
