Schultz & Partner is a combined Unternehmensberatung and Personalberatung aimed at the German Mittelstand. The company specialises in what it calls the core elements of change in a business: Personalbeschaffung and headhunting, strategic realignment, restructuring, post merger integration and the change management that accompanies them. Its argument is that a lasting business is one that regularly questions its strategies and its organisation and revises them where needed, and it measures its own success by the quality and durability of the solutions reached.

On the personnel side it covers the full span of modern Personalwirtschaft, from recruiting at entry, through coaching and retention, to outplacement.
