Schneidhofer search and connect e.K. is a specialist for the international verfahrenstechnischer Industrieanlagenbau and acts as a partner for the placement of Fachexperten, freelancers and interim managers with the companies that build those plants. Alongside classic Personalvermittlung it arranges Werk- und Dienstverträge and handles project related purchasing of personnel services, and it brings more than twenty years of market and sector knowledge to the work. Fee models are agreed individually with each client and are built around the success of the client's project.

Its named fields are tightly defined. Internationaler Großanlagenbau covers process plants for the chemical, oil, gas and pharmaceutical industries as well as large plants for raw material processing. Energieerzeugung und -transport takes in power plant construction and technology, energy transmission and renewables. Infrastruktur covers road and tunnel construction, airports and railway stations. Technische Gebäudeausrüstung covers heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and there is a general mechanical engineering practice serving OEMs, plus special projects delivered with strategic partners. Those partners include engineering offices for project control in process plant construction, for pipeline planning with stress calculations and pipe class creation, and for the systems integration of security, building and video management, along with interim managers for plant process optimisation and for structuring project management offices.
