Scalery GmbH runs Wärmepumpenjobs.de, a recruiting system built specifically for the heat pump and SHK industry in Germany. The company fills open positions such as Anlagenmechaniker, SHK-Meister and Elektriker on a planned timeline of three to six weeks, working through an active candidate network inside the sector, and says it draws on experience from more than 400 hires in SHK and heat pump businesses. Its pitch to employers is that it speaks the language of the candidates it approaches.

The specialisation is narrow and technical. Positions already filled include Anlagenmechaniker SHK, SHK-Meister, Wärmepumpen-Monteur, Heizungsbauer, Servicetechniker, Elektriker, Elektromeister, technischer Planer, Projektleiter SHK and Vertriebsmitarbeiter. The company frames the problem its clients face plainly: nobody applies, the people who do arrive are often gone within weeks, every unfilled position costs margin month after month, and standard advertising creatives produce an invoice without a single hire. Its three answers are Direktansprache, approaching the people who are not looking where they actually are; specialised job boards reached through partnerships such as Power Us; and social recruiting campaigns built on real insight into the employer.

Scalery works from Ritterstraße 8 in Bielefeld and follows a three step plan. It first analyses the open roles, the region and the employer brand, then produces content, runs campaigns, approaches and pre-qualifies candidates and hands over only those who fit, leaving the client to hold the final interviews. First positions are usually filled within six to eight weeks, with a weekly call covering the pipeline, the feedback and the next steps.
