Samuels Donegan is a specialist HR recruitment agency based in Melbourne. It matches HR professionals with organisations throughout Australia and recruits for HR, People and Culture and Talent roles. Alongside HR recruitment, it offers executive search and interim HR support.

The firm was started by Evelina Samuels and Sarah Donegan, who had both spent much of their careers in recruitment and who both hold the title of Managing Director. It says it aims to challenge the transactional nature of the recruitment industry. Its team includes talent partners and a general manager for talent.

It publishes insight articles and an HR salary guide, and partners with Mettle, a non-profit social enterprise supporting people experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic and family violence.
