Salomons & Partners GmbH is a boutique Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm based in Zürich, Switzerland, operating Europe-wide. The firm is run by Managing Partner Charles Salomons, an Executive Search Consultant with 35 years of experience who is a dual Dutch and Swiss citizen. Before moving into executive search, Charles spent more than 20 years in General Management and Marketing & Sales roles at consumer goods companies including Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg, and in his final corporate role designed and implemented the company's human capital approach for Marketing and Sales.

The firm's recent search assignments span FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), retail eCommerce and sustainable food and construction materials manufacturing. Examples include a Commercial Director search in Switzerland for an FMCG client, a Global Customer Development Director search for an FMCG business needing a thought leader for its key account community, and a Country GM search for one of Europe's largest fashion eCommerce players, covering Switzerland and Germany with a two consultant team. Salomons & Partners also completed a General Counsel and Chief Corporate Governance Officer search for a Brazilian manufacturer of food and construction materials made from coconut, supporting the development of its European head office in Amsterdam.

Salomons & Partners operates from its Zürich office at Bahnhofstrasse 10, running searches across Europe including Europe-wide mandates for a Head of Revenue Management in FMCG and a Global Business Development Director in the beverages sector. Charles Salomons has lived and worked in five countries and speaks Dutch, English, French and German, and holds a BSc degree from The Hague Institute of Technology in the Netherlands. Alongside Executive Search, the firm offers a range of Assessment services for selection and development purposes.
