It places candidates in B2B sectors including SaaS and technology, manufacturing and industrial, business services, logistics and supply chain, construction supply, and health and medical.

Its services are direct-hire searches at core, strategic or executive level, plus contract and temp-to-hire staffing. Direct-hire searches carry a guarantee with replacement or refund options. Recruiters work with enriched data and AI-assisted sourcing, and the firm also fills remote roles.

The business began in 2012, when Adam Morris started West Coast Careers Oregon as a franchise of the Seattle agency West Coast Careers. In 2016 he and his brother Dan Morris formed the SalesFirst Recruiting brand. Adam Morris is CEO and Dan Morris is president. It says it serves companies in all 50 states, with offices in Portland, Denver and Scottsdale and regional hubs elsewhere, and reports more than 4,000 candidates placed.
