Francesca Saggese is an Italian recruitment consultant who built her career in the Retail, Fashion and Luxury sector before founding her own consultancy. After completing a degree in Human Resources, she moved to London, which became her home for four years, working first as a researcher and then as a recruiter for BlackBook, a search and selection company operating in the Fashion and Luxury sector. She subsequently returned to Italy and continued her career with TRP Recruitment.

Working remotely from Italy for TRP Recruitment, Francesca built a network of clients spread across Italy and more broadly across Europe, managing positions in Retail, Head Office, Wholesale and production roles. Having decided to found her own practice, she now offers support to clients beyond the Fashion and Luxury sector, while also turning her attention to candidates directly, drawing on her competence, recruiting knowledge and practical experience gained across her career.

For candidates, Francesca offers a personalised, one to one service that includes CV writing following an initial consultation or a review of an existing CV, English and Italian mock interview practice, cover letter review, English CV translation and social media image consultancy. She describes her approach as tailored to each individual profile, CV and objective, without generic videos, checklists or guides, positioning herself as a hands on alternative to standardised interview preparation services.
