S.E.L Services is a company built on the conviction that a business grows above all through its capital humain. It supports organisations of any size and any activity with bespoke solutions across three areas: coaching, tailor-made training in compétences humaines, and recruitment. Alongside individual coaching it runs teamcoaching and ateliers in cognitive and behavioural neuroscience. On the recruitment side the company runs a chasseur de tête service based on rigorous candidate selection, identifying and recruiting the talent that matches a client's needs through an approach it describes as both human and strategic. Its training programmes are designed as half-day or full-day sessions after an in depth discussion with the client, and cover communication stratégique, the management of conflictual relationships, time and priority management, conduite du changement, burnout and stress at work, constructive feedback, active listening and empathy, engaging leadership, intelligence collective and motivation and meaning at work. Sessions are interactive and directly applicable, combining operational tools, practical exercises and individual and collective reflection.

S.E.L Services is accredited by the Walloon and Brussels regions and works hand in hand with clients to co-construct solutions, beginning each mission with attentive listening and following it with structured support and rigorous follow up. Its experts include Sandra Hubeau, a systemic coach certified in Coaching Systémique et Stratégique by the Institut Grégory Bateson in Paris in 2014 and certified by the Fabrique à Neurones in Lyon in 2022 to run neuroscience workshops for QVCT, and Michaël Plombier, a consultant trained in recruitment and headhunting techniques with a strong professional network.
