S23 Recruitment is a technology-focused search agency that works with organisations across the UK, US, Europe and EMEA. It was founded by Gary Still, who has 14 years of experience in technology recruitment. The company says it was set up after more than a decade of working across iGaming, technology and high-growth businesses.

Its core focus is AI-driven businesses, and it works in a small number of sectors: artificial intelligence and machine learning, renewable energy and climate tech, iGaming, and streaming and digital media. It recruits for AI, engineering, data, product and project management, business and system analysis, design, sales and operations roles.

S23 partners with a small number of growth-stage and PE-backed businesses on senior, hard-to-hire roles. It runs targeted searches rather than high-volume recruitment, and says most of its work is retained or partnership-based. The company describes itself as intentionally small.
