Ryde

Ryde is a family-owned small business that provides custom staffing solutions in both the federal and commercial space. Its operating company, Ryde Technologies, LLC, is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and describes itself as a government services provider specializing in custom IT staffing solutions.

The company organises its work into practice areas: acquisition support for Department of Defense programmes, engineering, space, cyber security, maritime and technology. Engineering roles span civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, biomedical, aerospace and systems disciplines. Its space work serves commercial space clients and federal contractors supporting USSF and NASA programmes. The maritime practice fills roles in shipbuilding, marine engineering, offshore operations and logistics, on a permanent, contract or executive search basis.

Ryan Amole and Devin Amole are managing partners, and Cory Rowan is delivery manager. Ryde says it serves clients that value organisational fit and employee satisfaction as well as technical expertise.
