Its clients are recruitment consultancies, from large multinational companies to boutique operations, and it says it has vacancy exclusivity with a number of them.

The company's directors are specialists in their own recruitment fields, and it says it takes a consultative approach rather than acting as a CV sender. Sectors covered include executive search and selection, legal, accountancy and finance, financial services and insurance, marketing, HR, FMCG, scientific and life sciences, and education, as well as recruitment start-ups.

It reports that over 90% of the candidates it placed in the last 12 months are still with the company they were placed with. The team is also available evenings and weekends in addition to office hours.
