Runa Recruitment is a London recruitment agency that serves employers and candidates in London and the South East. It matches candidates to roles and works with employers on their hiring, including assessing job descriptions and shortlisting candidates against each employer's needs.

The agency recruits in digital marketing, human resources, office administration, legal support, professional services, and sales and commercial, as well as design and creative roles. Its office and secretarial work covers personal assistants, executive assistants, office administrators, company secretaries and office managers. It also places legal secretaries and HR administrators, and works with employers ranging from SaaS firms to digital marketing agencies.

Runa Recruitment was set up in 2022 by Liz Yearwood, its Managing Director. She worked as a personal assistant before moving into PA and secretarial recruitment at two London agencies. Candidates are offered CV tips and interview advice, and the agency runs an online job board.
