About the Agency
Rukes Group provides staffing and consulting for churches and nonprofits. It fills ministry staff positions through search work priced as a hybrid of retained and contingent search, and it publishes job openings for people looking for their next ministry assignment. Its team includes executive search consultants and says its members have completed 600+ staff placements across their careers.
The firm uses what it calls a Precise Assessment Process, which looks at fit with the position, the team and the organisation's culture. It works with Alliance Partners, ministry leaders and subject matter experts across North America who help source candidates. Todd Rukes is founder and president, and the team reports more than 100 years of combined ministry leadership experience.
Consulting services cover HR consulting, compensation analysis, board development, succession, worship coaching and staffing structure. The company is based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
