Ruby Magpie

Ruby Magpie is a recruitment agency based in Mayfair, London, that specialises in marketing, communications, digital, social, sales and creative roles across B2C and B2B. It works with agencies, companies and brands, and recruits from junior positions up to executive and board level.

The agency was founded by Suze, a former marketing lead at Microsoft UK who also ran marketing at 118 118 and UKTV. Searches begin with the agency's own network, and it approaches people directly if the right candidate is not in its database. It interviews every candidate itself and offers a standard shortlist of fully profiled candidates, with blind CVs or a task-based shortlist available on request. It says most searches take around two weeks.

For every role it fills, Ruby Magpie donates 5% of its placement fee to Fledgling Work, a social enterprise that gives early career talent access to paid, real world experience.
