It specialises in the watchmaking, microtechnology and MedTech sectors and works exclusively on permanent placements, in Switzerland and abroad. It also headhunts executives and specialists, and says it has nearly 20 years of executive search expertise.
The firm says all its HR advisers come from the watch industry themselves. It fills roles from specialised operators to CEOs and reports having met more than 18,000 candidates. It says it meets every candidate in person in Switzerland and by video conference abroad, and that it places people on every continent. Since 2020 it has run a three-person sourcing unit that brings in talent from all sectors for the watch industry.
It says its standards have been recognised in the watch industry since 2007, and that Reto Schneider has been active in the field since 2001.
