Round Table Recruitment

Round Table Recruitment is a Sydney recruitment agency specialising in audio visual (AV) and IT roles. It was opened in 2024 by Jonathan Smithers and Louis Whelan, who had worked together for over six years at an agency based in Sydney CBD. The founders say they have spent more than 25 years between them working alongside AV and IT professionals.

On the IT side the company recruits software developers, engineering managers, DevOps engineers and infrastructure engineers, with further expertise in cloud computing, cyber security, AI and machine learning, business applications and IT sales. In audio visual it fills roles such as AV technicians, commissioners, programmers and support or concierge staff, covering integration and live events.

It offers permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and executive search and C-suite hiring. Its office is on Pitt Street in Sydney.
