Role Call

Role Call is a New Zealand recruitment firm based in Auckland and recruiting across the country. It works with businesses ranging from fast-growing startups to established brands, with a focus on growth companies. It says it learns a client's goals, team and culture before taking a role to market, and aims to help clients build their teams over the long term rather than act as a one-off recruiter.

The firm was founded by Vanesha Din, who reports more than 20 years in recruitment, including eight years focused on growth companies. Erin Donkin is Senior Talent Partner, with senior recruitment leadership experience across sales, marketing, finance and operations. Role Call has also built its own platform, Birdeey, as part of how it presents roles to candidates. Named clients include Levno, Timescapes, Cleanery and Timely.
