Robinson Group

Robinson Group is a talent acquisition firm based in Radnor, Pennsylvania. It began in 1987 placing information technology professionals and later expanded into other disciplines, including digital, sales, marketing, analytics, finance, manufacturing, quality control, and environmental health and safety. The firm says it is not tied to one industry and continues to add new areas.

It offers permanent placement on both contingency and exclusive search terms, contract staffing and project resources, and retained search. Its permanent placement work covers every experience level. The firm says its search methodology and a network of established firms extend its reach nationally and globally.

Robinson Group says its work rests on more than 30 years of search experience and a consultative approach in which it acts as an extension of its clients. It also works with candidates to match them to roles that fit their talents and long-term career goals.
