RJM Technologies is a recruitment company that says it uses its most senior executives, rather than junior recruiters, to find and vet candidates. It was founded by Robert Main and John Ennis, whose earlier work includes executive roles at organisations such as ExxonMobil and the National Academy of Sciences and founding e-commerce companies. The company says its recruiting draws on more than 60 combined years of technical, marketing, project management, government, financial and business experience.

It recruits in information technology, project management, marketing, government and critical infrastructure. The critical infrastructure work covers electrical, HVAC and skilled-trade staffing for data centres and mission-critical facilities. It provides direct-hire employees, hourly contractors and contract-to-hire staff, and says it focuses on hard-to-fill positions. It also agrees a fee structure with each client that shares the risks of hiring.
