Rimaya

Rimaya is a UK business that provides payroll, consulting and talent sourcing for growing UK businesses. Its talent sourcing service places temporary and permanent staff, and it runs a job board and a candidate database.

Rimaya was founded in March 2022 by Ravi Kalra, a chartered accountant who says he has more than 14 years of finance and accounting experience. He set it up to provide a staffing service that understands finance roles. The company has a corporate office in Romford and is registered in England and Wales. It holds an A-rated sponsor licence, which it says allows it to sponsor Skilled Worker visas.

Alongside recruitment, Rimaya runs managed payroll for UK employers, including HMRC filings. Its consulting work covers finance, technology and AI, people and HR advisory, and accounting support.
