Richard Wayne & Roberts, known as RWR, is an executive search and direct hire placement firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. It says it has worked with employers and professionals for more than 50 years, and it has been employee-owned since 1979. The firm recruits executive-level candidates for employers across the United States.

Its recruiters are organised into specialties covering accounting and finance, energy, engineering, healthcare, human resources, information technology, legal, life sciences, real estate and construction, retail, restaurant, fitness and entertainment, and technical sales. The Energy Search group was started in 2001 by Truett Allen, now chief executive, and focuses on front, middle and back-office roles in commodity trading and retail energy. An energy services team, created in 2011, recruits for oilfield services and equipment manufacturing companies.

The firm reports a team of 55+ recruiters with more than 800 years of combined experience, and says more than a dozen of them are Certified Personnel Consultants. It has offices in Houston and The Woodlands and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services.
