Ricercamy

Ricercamy is an Italian head hunting firm based in Milan. It describes itself as a team of specialised head hunters rather than a traditional selection company, and says it has helped companies reach candidates who do not respond to job adverts since 2012. Vittorio Nascimbene founded the firm that year and is its CEO.

The firm works across Italy and recruits in IT, pharma, large-scale retail, manufacturing, services, industrial automation, fire protection and professional firms. It has separate team leads for Tech, Retail, and Automation and Metalmechanical.

Rather than charging fees tied to the candidate's salary, Ricercamy uses a credit model in which clients choose only the services they need. After a search, clients can commission another one, buy more credits, take a subscription for continuous support or stop with no obligation. It says every stage of a search is shared in real time through a cloud file, and that it verifies each candidate's skills. The company holds an indefinite ministerial authorisation as an employment agency.
