RI-Flex HR is a Dutch arbeidsbemiddeling and detacheringsbureau with more than seven years of experience, working in both the Netherlands and Belgium. It recruits and selects capable, motivated employees and freelance ZZP professionals so that clients get the right candidate for the role, someone with ambition, work experience and a personality that fits the company and its culture. Assignments run from long term projects to covering short production peaks or holiday periods, and the company also thinks along with clients on how they organise their workforce, researching what a business needs and applying flexible labour and its own HR knowledge to reach those goals. Its own employees are offered good terms and the chance to train and retrain.

Its segments are Bouw and Infra, Heavy Lifting, Techniek and Industrie, Transport and Logistiek, and the maritime sector. Six services sit behind them. Projectplanning has RI-Flex HR arranging part or all of the personnel planning for a project. Payrolling takes the whole personnel administration off a client's hands, including CAO and legislative changes and pension contributions, in return for a periodic invoice. Uitzenden is offered as the most used form of flexible labour, with a short notice period that lets a client take on extra work and react to budget swings. Detachering secures specialists for longer projects and reduces the risk of changes in the workforce. Werving en selectie and ZZP bemiddeling complete the list.

For self employed professionals the company opens up a large network of businesses that will only work with ZZP professionals through a recognised intermediary. It agrees the hourly rate and the contract, uses an opdrachtovereenkomst tested and approved by the Belastingdienst under the wet DBA, handles invoicing and debiteurenbeheer with guaranteed fast payment, and helps with documents, administration and site access registrations for industry and petrochemical projects.
