RFBT

RFBT, which uses the tagline Recruitment For A Better Tomorrow, is a recruitment firm founded in 2024 that focuses on the energy sector. It says its multilingual teams support the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects, and it recruits for the Renewable Energy, Power and Grid, and Industrial sectors. It has offices in London, Belgrade and Tivat.

Its sector work covers onshore and offshore wind, oil and gas, power generation, marine, and electricity transmission and distribution. Clients include developers, turbine manufacturers, subcontractors, consultancies, M&E contractors and service providers. It supplies blue and white-collar professionals, from engineering and project management staff to electricians, commissioning technicians and Compex/Atex inspectors, as well as marine crew for service vessels in the energy sector.

It places people in permanent roles and, in some sectors, on contingent labour, fixed-term, temporary, part-time and freelance contracts. It says its experience extends from Europe to the USA and the APAC region.
