Revolve Recruitment is a Rotterdam arbeidsbemiddeling business built around one principle: the person in front of it comes first, whether they arrive as an employee or as an employer. It stands for personal contact, involvement and placement in which that bit of extra effort is made, and after years of experience in the sector it works from the conviction that everything turns on the individual, the right person in the right place, which is what it calls the perfect match.

The company was founded by Leonie, who announced on the site that Revolve Recruitment was officially a fact and who set out how it came about. Recent news covers a move to a new office on 1 March, with thanks to iTanks for the period spent there, the company's presence at the Future Flux Festival on the RDM terrein in Rotterdam, described as the place for innovation in the port, and a post about KNRM Captain of Sales 2019 for the Dutch volunteer sea rescue service, whose crews have been saving lives at sea for more than 195 years and are available around the clock.
