Revoco

Revoco is a recruitment agency based in Bristol that supports UK businesses going through technology and business transformation. It was founded in 2017 and organises its recruiters into three specialist areas: Change and Delivery, Technology, Enterprise Apps and Cyber Security, and Data, AI and Analytics.

Its services range from recruitment on demand, covering permanent or contract hires, one-off roles, short-term projects, retained recruitment and leadership search, to embedded recruitment, where dedicated recruiters work inside a client's business and manage the full hiring lifecycle. Revoco also offers EVP and employer branding work, and a managed service provider (MSP) service that consolidates suppliers, enforces rate cards and oversees IR35 compliance for contractor hiring. It has built its own tools, including Spotlight, a video platform for watching interview clips of shortlisted candidates, and Hindsight, which shows how candidates experience a client's brand.

Its clients range from start-ups to large enterprises. It also offers candidates advice, market insight and access to roles.
