Retelligence

Retelligence is a recruitment business that describes itself as AI and data led. It says it uses AI tools at each stage of its recruitment process to reduce clients' time to hire, and that AI automates administrative tasks so its team can focus on conversation with clients and candidates. It says the data it gathers lets clients check salaries and the availability of skills in their region or industry.

The company offers permanent, contract, retained and executive search services, covering Cambridge and London. Areas it specialises in include software engineering, QA and test, DevOps, infrastructure and support, engineering, and executive search for technology roles at CTO level. It also recruits for AI and data roles.

Retelligence was founded by Colt Sarginson, who has nine years in technology recruitment in the UK and internationally, including on-site RPOs for FTSE50 businesses. He founded the company in response to changes in recruitment methods brought by the rise of AI.
