Retailworld Resourcing

Retailworld Resourcing is a recruitment agency specialising in the retail industry in Australia and New Zealand. It is part of RWR Group, which says it has been homegrown across both countries since 2001 and has 22 specialist recruitment agencies, among them RWR Executive Search, Hospoworld Resourcing, RWR Health and RWR Construction.

The agency places candidates with retail brands across fashion and luxury, home, technology and lifestyle, and general and large format retail, including supermarkets, fuel, department stores and big box stores. Roles cover in-store operations such as store management, sales and visual merchandising, head office functions such as merchandising, buying, e-commerce, finance and human resources, and supply chain, warehouse and manufacturing positions. Executive search is also offered for senior leadership hires.

It says it looks past the CV to find cultural fit. It serves both job seekers and employers through offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Auckland and Christchurch, and also offers franchise opportunities.
