Resus Consult

Resus Consult is a German executive search and recruitment boutique focused on the construction industry. It fills technical and commercial specialist and management positions, up to C-level, in three fields: construction (civil engineering, building construction, structural engineering, infrastructure and construction machinery), SHK building services (sanitary, heating, climate and ventilation, and TGA) and mechanical engineering (plant engineering, automation, robotics and plastics technology). It works on a permanent placement basis for employers in the construction trade, the construction supply industry and the specialist and wholesale trade.

The head office is in Siegburg, in the Cologne and Bonn area, with a northern location near Hanover and a southern location near Nuremberg. The company works for clients across Germany and also handles international placements when a position extends beyond the German border. It uses personality analysis in its recruiting, including the Innermetrix method and DISC behavioural analysis. It reports more than 200 completed projects and over 20 years of professional experience.
