Resourceful Recruitment

Resourceful Recruitment is a Brisbane-headquartered specialist recruitment agency that connects organisations and professionals across Australia and Papua New Guinea. It recruits for mining, oil and gas, utilities, infrastructure, renewable energy and energy transmission, working across six specialist industry markets through three sector teams.

Its services are permanent recruitment, contract recruitment, contractor payroll, and executive search and leadership advisory for board, C-suite and other critical leadership appointments. For contract work it handles sourcing, onboarding and ongoing support, and where a client has already found a contractor it can employ and pay that person. It also offers international search when a role demands it.

Brent Russell and Christian Sticklen founded the company in 2012 and continue to lead it day to day. It reports an 82% repeat client rate since 2012.
