Resolute Recruitment

Resolute Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Coventry. It supplies temporary, contract and permanent staff to driving and logistics, engineering and industrial companies across the Midlands, and works with both employers hiring staff and candidates looking for work. It covers Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Derbyshire.

The business was started in 2020 by directors Mark Knight and Steve Borondy. Knight served in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and later spent ten years at a national recruitment firm, rising from resourcer to divisional manager. Borondy worked in the sales team of a national recruitment agency before the two launched their own company.

Resolute Recruitment operates from an office at Binley Innovation Centre in Coventry. It says it offers candidates and clients an on-call service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, answered by its own team and not by a third party or call centre.
