Reo Group is a national talent agency in Australia offering permanent and temporary recruitment, executive search and professional services. Marcelo Concha and Stella Petrou Concha launched it in 2010 and lead it as CEOs. It has offices in Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Adelaide and Perth.

Its recruitment divisions cover finance and accounting, financial services and insurance, technology, business support, sales and marketing, supply chain and operations, and human resources. Insurance roles include claims, broking and underwriting, and the financial services team also covers legal practice areas. Executive search, launched as a division in 2019, covers C-suite positions and their direct reports. Professional services provides IT advisory and consulting, implementation support and staff augmentation for technology projects.

The business expanded through the acquisition of TDR Group in 2020 and Estelle Recruitment in 2025. It reports that 98% of its placements are still in place after two years. HiveQ, its sister brand, is an executive development and networking firm.
