RemoTeams is a remote staffing company that builds full time remote teams, which it calls RemoPros, for founders and businesses across the US and UK. Candidates go through a six stage vetting process and an AI upskilling programme before placement, and the company says it accepts only the top 1 to 2 percent of applicants, aiming to shortlist candidates within 14 days and to save clients up to 70 percent on payroll costs compared with local hiring.

The roles RemoTeams fills include executive assistants, admin support and operations assistants sourced mainly from the Philippines, marketing assistants, social media managers, graphic designers and video editors sourced mainly from Latin America, and sales development representatives, account managers and customer support specialists sourced mainly from South Africa, alongside bookkeepers, finance assistants, financial analysts and HR and recruiting assistants. RemoTeams offers three service models: Managed Talent, where it handles vetting, equipment, training, payroll and benefits; Direct Hire, where it recruits and vets a candidate for the client to employ directly; and Employer of Record services covering compliance and employment.

Clients can hire a single RemoPro or scale into coordinated Pods built around a function, such as an EA Pod, an Ops Pod, a Marketing Pod, a CX Pod or a Sales Pod. RemoTeams' hiring process runs in three steps, from an initial scoping call through to meeting a shortlist of vetted candidates within around 14 days and onboarding backed by what the company calls a Membership Pause Guarantee.
