Relier Group is a boutique recruitment agency based in Australia that places candidates in fashion and retail roles. It was founded in 2020 by Lauren Dick and works with fashion designers, luxury brands and beauty brands, filling positions from entry-level to C-suite.

It recruits for both retail and head office vacancies, across areas such as fashion design and development, garment production, patternmaking, wholesale, styling, ecommerce, marketing, customer service, human resources, finance, logistics and general management. Its team is spread across several states, and it says its recruiters have over 40 years of experience between them. The team is based in remote offices in Sydney, the Gold Coast and the Central Coast.

Relier recruits in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other Australian capital cities, as well as New Zealand. Alongside agency recruitment, it runs a job board, candidate profiles that trigger matched role alerts, a members-only careers resource called Culture Club, and a client portal. It says it often recruits for confidential roles and sometimes approaches candidates directly without advertising.
