Its clients include independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains and hospital pharmacies. The company says it operates across all Canadian provinces and reports a network of more than 5,000 pharmacists and technicians. Its headquarters is in Edmonton, Alberta. It says it was once a relief agency and then built software that lets pharmacies run relief staffing in-house.

It says professionals keep 100% of what they earn and that pharmacies pay only once a shift is completed. Professionals go through licence validation, credential checks and background screening, and permanent hires come with a 90-day placement guarantee.
