Rekrytat is a Swedish recruitment company founded in 2022 that specialises exclusively in recruiting young adults into the job market. The company began as a UF (Ung Företagsamhet) school project and won the award Årets UF in Härryda municipality before being registered as a limited company in spring 2023. Rekrytat recognises that the weak connection between the job market and young adults is an explicit societal problem and works towards the future job market with the goal of helping as many young adults as possible enter sustainable employment.

The company recruits young adults quickly, offering competitive rates and challenging the traditional recruitment model. Rather than charging per placement (which creates misaligned incentives), Rekrytat operates on a fixed monthly subscription model, meaning the company benefits from long-term client satisfaction rather than from clients needing to make repeated placements. The firm is built from within the target demographic, understanding the channels young adults actually use and the nuances of connecting them with meaningful employment.

Operating from Sweden, Rekrytat has worked with notable clients including Linas Matkasse (where they recruited 12 production workers in a short timeframe) and Härryda Municipality (filling a specialised property administrator role within one week). The team includes Axel Torvant (handling billing and strategic partnerships) and Gunnar Malm (managing marketing, brand, and content collaborations). By focusing exclusively on young adult recruitment, Rekrytat has built a differentiated approach that addresses a genuine labour market gap.
