Its business model covers dealing with large scale contract workforces of 400 or more, managing contractor transition projects, consulting on cost saving measures and providing recruitment services. It also runs workshops on CV formatting, LinkedIn profiles and job search processes.

Reinvent Recruitment works with both candidates and client companies, and gives market information and career guidance to people considering a change of role.
