Regiodienst

Regiodienst is a Dutch arbeidsbemiddelaar working in the technical labour market from four vestigingen in Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Delft and Brabant. It describes itself as the fastest growing arbeidsbemiddelaar in the world of techniek and builds everything around one idea: making the right match, always, and always in the candidate's own region, which is where the name comes from. The company recruits technical candidates who know what quality means, and says nothing pleases it more than finding the right person and then helping them into a permanent job in engineering.

Candidates choose from eight branches: Automotive, Bouw, Dakdekker, Elektrotechniek, GWW, Industrie, Installatietechniek and Metaalindustrie, and can search vacancies by distance from home. The route into a job runs in four steps: apply to a vacancy, send a CV, which a free CV maker will build in three steps, meet a recruiter to talk through wishes and possibilities, then start work, with contact kept up afterwards. Regiodienst almost always arranges a vaste aanstelling, either directly with the client or first on a one year contract through Regiodienst, and it offers opleidingen that can be followed alongside the job. Employees build pension through the StiPP scheme, are paid every Thursday, accrue 16 2/3 hours of holiday for each month worked, which is 25 days a year on a 40 hour week, and receive 8.33 per cent vakantiegeld.

The Alkmaar office at Rogier van der Weydestraat 8g also takes applications by post, and the team answers within three working days.
