Redington Recruitment

Redington Recruitment is a staffing firm based in Tampa, Florida, that places candidates in the architectural and consulting engineering fields. It was founded by Gordon, a native of Scotland who has worked in staffing for the consulting engineering and architectural sectors for over ten years. The name comes from a favourite beach of Gordon and his wife Amy.

The firm provides permanent recruitment solutions. It recruits structural engineers for buildings, civil engineers working in land development, infrastructure and water, and architects, and it works with independent studios as well as multi-disciplinary consulting firms. It says it has a pool of candidates and companies designing buildings across the USA.

It says its time is spent networking with talent, including people who are not actively applying for jobs, and that it aims to be a long-term staffing partner that understands each client's business.
