REDi Recruitment

REDi Recruitment is a recruitment firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was founded in 2008 by Rob Mailich, who is its Managing Director and who co-founded Holbourne Advisory in 2013. Holbourne Advisory focused on executive search, talent mapping and executive placements.

REDi Recruitment specialises in permanent and contract professional recruitment in banking, financial services, commerce and industry, IT, legal, marketing and HR, mainly at the senior end of the market. It has also worked in professional services, digital and healthcare. The firm says each of its consultants is a specialist in their field and holds at least a bachelor's degree, and that it follows a defined recruitment process. Claire Kedzierski, a partner, heads its recruitment teams.

Its primary operations cover South Africa, with placements across Africa, the UK and the UAE.
