Redfish Technology

Redfish Technology is a recruitment firm that places IT and technology professionals. It says it was founded in 1996 and has more than 25 years of history. It serves companies in the technology industry and recruits across specialties including artificial intelligence, big data, DevOps, edtech, fintech, machine learning, product design, product management, software, IT sales, IT marketing, private equity and venture capital. It also runs a technology executive search practice.

Its recruiters work in distributed teams across the United States and serve the country's major tech hubs, with locations listed in cities such as Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Charlotte and Chicago. The company says its recruiters handle every step of the process for clients, including finding and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and negotiating offers. It uses AI software and a video screening process, and offers a just in time recruitment service.

Clients can engage the firm on a retained or executive search basis, through an engaged recruiting model with a modest upfront fee, or on a contingent, success-based basis. The company also supports local charities and community groups.
