Redfield Resources

Redfield Resources is a recruitment and labour hire company based in Perth, Western Australia. It places blue-collar and white-collar workers in permanent, contract, temporary and temp-to-perm roles, both local and fly-in fly-out, and its services range from labour hire to executive recruitment.

It recruits for mining and resources (underground and surface), drilling, engineering and maintenance, facilities management, and construction and infrastructure. It serves job seekers as well as employers, from small companies to large multinational organisations. Applicants go through interviews, reference checks, and ticket and licence verification before placement.

The company has its headquarters and office in Balcatta, Perth, and says it deploys talent to projects across Western Australia, including the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West and South West. A separate service, Redfield Hire, provides wet and dry hire equipment in Perth and regional WA. Andrei Sarpe is Managing Director.
