Redblue Recruitment is a Sydney-based recruitment agency serving businesses across Australia. It is led by director Neil Morley, who has more than 15 years of recruitment experience and works directly with clients from the first brief through to offer and onboarding. The company says it has been built on referrals rather than advertising.

It recruits on both a permanent and contract basis, at every level from entry-level support roles to senior leadership and executive search. Its areas include technology and software, cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure, sales and business development, executive and leadership roles, and operations and support such as helpdesk, IT support and customer service. It says it will also take on roles outside these areas.

Candidates are submitted to employers with a CV and a short video introduction. The company also offers employers a market assessment covering candidate supply, timelines and the likely cost of filling a role. It is a member of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA). Before moving into recruitment, Neil Morley worked in education, community coaching and social care in the UK.
