Recruitment LABS is a Sydney-based accounting and finance search firm that works with businesses across Australia and New Zealand. It says it has 20 years in the market. It describes itself as boutique and says it limits the number of searches it runs at any one time.

The firm recruits in six areas of finance: CFO and executive finance leadership; financial accounting, reporting and control; commercial finance and FP&A; finance systems, BI and transformation; tax, treasury and internal audit; and finance operations and shared services. Its services cover executive search, permanent recruitment, contract and interim placements, outsourced workforce solutions such as payroll, insurance, compliance and timesheets, market insights and talent mapping, and fractional finance. For needs outside finance, it introduces clients to an affiliate network of founder-led specialists in human resources, technology, data and legal.

The company was founded by Liam Hassell, who says he has specialised exclusively in accounting and finance recruitment for twenty years.
