Recruitment Central

Recruitment Central is a Brisbane based recruitment agency that places permanent, contract and temporary staff in Brisbane, Sydney and across Australia. It says it has partnered with clients since 2003 and that its team has over 20 years of industry experience.

It recruits in accounting and finance, business support, human resources, administration, customer service, supply chain and logistics, sales and marketing, and executive and management roles. Permanent placements are offered on a fixed fee with a 90 day guarantee, and temporary hiring is charged at an hourly rate. The agency also provides executive search for leadership roles.

Beyond placement, it offers specialist consulting on HR advice, recruitment advice and workforce planning, and psychometric and skills testing, including EDisc. It can also support individual stages of a hiring process, such as reviewing a shortlist, running a second interview or writing the job ad. The business is led by CEO Sandra Karamitelios, who has over 20 years of experience placing candidates across Australia.
