Recruitly is a boutique recruitment agency in Melbourne that specialises in human resources and business support roles. It places candidates on permanent, temporary and contract bases and works with Australian businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large ASX companies.

Julie Enticott and Michelle Cain, who had worked together for more than 20 years across global and local recruitment firms, founded the business in 2021. The company recruits executive and personal assistants, including those with board and governance experience, as well as administration, customer and client support, HR coordinator, generalist and business partner roles, and event, marketing and program support positions, from entry level to middle management.

Its clients include not-for-profit and community service organisations, finance, fintech and wealth management firms, professional services, property and construction, and healthcare. Recruitly manages the process from advertising and interviewing through to negotiating offers and onboarding. It also offers unbundled services such as CV screening, shortlisting, reference checks and compliance verification, which clients can buy separately.
