RecruiTalent is a boutique recruitment firm that provides tailored, on-demand recruitment solutions across the entire hiring process. It works on a transparent fee-for-service model rather than a percentage-based placement fee, and says this lets businesses cut recruitment costs by 50% to 60% compared with traditional agencies.

The firm was founded in 2019 by Deepa Surti, who is its director. She has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, mainly in financial services, including superannuation, wealth management, financial planning and insurance. Before starting RecruiTalent she spent two years with an international recruitment firm, co-founded a national agency covering banking, finance, accounting and legal recruitment, and then ran her own freelance recruitment business.

RecruiTalent says clients sometimes invite it to act as their dedicated internal talent acquisition function.
