Recruit Shop

Recruit Shop is a flat-fee recruitment agency founded in 2010 in Sydney, Australia. It provides low-cost recruitment services to small businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand, and says it takes on any role in any industry. It says it has helped hundreds of clients and reports more than a decade of experience.

Clients pay a single fee of $2,995 plus GST, with no percentage of salary charged. A consultant meets the employer, writes a tailored job advertisement and promotes it across major job boards, social media and the company's candidate database. The team then screens and shortlists applicants, sending updates every three to four days, and the employer interviews the shortlist and makes the hire. If no hire is made, the company either refunds $1,000 or reruns the campaign for a further four weeks. A free mobile app lets clients review shortlisted candidates and give feedback.

Optional extras include a three or six month employee guarantee, McQuaig behavioural tests, police and reference checks, digital headhunting and AI phone screens. Its Australian contact address is in Brookvale, New South Wales, and it also lists a New Zealand phone number.
