Rec4Tech is a technology recruitment business that places IT professionals with employers and runs a job board for candidates. It offers MSP recruitment and internal IT recruitment services.

Recruiter Dean Ellis spent seven years in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Gas Turbine Engineer, followed by seven years working in IT. He says he works globally across the ICT and technology sectors, on both permanent and contract roles. The roles he recruits include chief technology and chief information officers, heads of technology, IT managers, systems administrators, help desk support, network engineers, software developers, VoIP technicians, data and business analysts, Salesforce administrators and IT project managers.

The company also offers consultations on hiring strategy, and says it gives clients market trends, salary benchmarks and information on emerging skill sets.
